Integration of TMS into Traffic Control Centre

Project co-ordination to integrate the existing Traffic management systems of the Berlin-Brandenburg region into the joint traffic control centre. The Systems have been installed by various suppliers and have been operated by local control centres. Thus, a variety of specific software has been used.
The main objective of this project was the development of a common archive for all TMS and a low-cost, simple access to all TMS from the Traffic Control Centre.
As a result of this project, a standardized data catalogue was compiled, which included the definitions of existing and future TMS-specifications to be used in all regional TMS-applications.
